2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may not create multiple accounts or use fake information.

3. Earning Rules

Earnings are credited for completing legitimate tasks, surveys, and offers. Any attempt to fraudulently complete offers, use VPNs to circumvent geographic restrictions, or any other form of abuse will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of earnings.

4. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are subject to minimum amounts and identity verification. We reserve the right to delay or withhold payments if we suspect fraudulent activity. Processing times vary by method, typically 1–7 business days.

5. Referral Program

Referral bonuses are earned when valid new users complete registration through your referral link. Abuse of the referral system, including self-referrals or fake accounts, is prohibited.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to: use bots or automated scripts, create fake accounts, harass other users, violate any applicable laws, or engage in any activity that disrupts our platform.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion, including for violation of these terms. Upon termination, unpaid balances may be forfeited.

8. Limitation of Liability

TaskCash is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform. Our total liability shall not exceed amounts paid to you in the 30 days prior to any claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
